Instructions for submitting a request for revocation of a previously submitted application to the Ministry of Education Printable version

Note: To submit a request, the user should be authorized on the e-Gov portal.

In order to withdraw a previously submitted application, click revocation link.

To apply for revocation, your current application should be at the processing stage.

Step 1. Data entry

Select an application type (Fig.1):

  • Acceptance of documents and enrollment in an educational organization (1st grade)

  • Acceptance of documents for vocational education and training

  • Acceptance of documents for the transfer of children between organizations of primary, basic secondary, and general secondary education

Fill-in "Who submit a request" field:

  • A parent
  • A legal guardian

Specify a child's IIN (Fig.2):

If you have entered all the data correctly, your child's data will be displayed and you can click "Check" button.

In the window that appears, enter the reason for revocation (Fig.3):

Next, click "Revoke an application and sign".

Step 2. Signing

Select the signing method and sign a request (Fig.4).

* To sign a request using an SMS password, the user should be registered in the Mobile Citizens Database.

Step 3. Status

Next, you will see information about the service and request processing status (Fig.5).

Please, note that for the other 2 types of applications, the algorithm for obtaining information is similar.
