How to get the service online
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button.
- Fill in an application and sign it using DS (digital signature).
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.
- Visit a government agency to get a certificate.
How to get the service in a government agency or "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
Upon visit of a service recipient or his/her representative acting on the basis of a document drawn up in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which indicates the relevant powers of a representative
Upon making a decision to terminate the activities, the following should be submitted to initiate de-registration at the place of location as an individual engaged in private practice:
- Tax application on termination of activities.
- Liquidation tax accounts.
Public service delivery options:
Via service provider and “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation: upon de-registration.
Via e-Gov Portal: upon registration as an individual engaged in private practice and change of registration data.

Change of registration data on an individual engaged in private practice.
De–registration as an individual engaged in private practice and publication of information on the service provider's website (www.kgd.gov.kz) on the removal of an individual engaged in private practice from the registration register (upon de-registration as an individual engaged in private practice).
De-registration is deemed completed for an individual engaged in private practice from the date of:
- statement issuance upon lack of violations based on the results of in-house audit, tax debts and special payments debts;
- execution of the notification on the elimination of non-compliances identified by the in-house audit;
- absence of tax arrears, arrears on social payments;
- repayment of tax arrears, social security arrears - in the case of tax arrears and subject to the elimination of violations identified by the in-house audit, in full.
Substantiated refusal to provide the public service.
