Inclusion in the register of authorized economic operators
How to get the service online
- Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website).
- Fill in the required fields on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website and sign a request using DS (digital signature). Track the status of the application on the “keden.kgd.gov.kz” portal.
Documents verifying the information stated in the application must be attached.
The application does not require the submission of documents to the service provider if information about such documents and/or data contained in them can be obtained by the service provider from information systems used by the provider, as well as from the information systems of government agencies (organizations) of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union through information exchange.
Within five working days from the date the application is registered, the service provider shall decide whether to proceed with the application or to reject it.
Result of the service delivery
Decision on inclusion into the register of authorized economic operators with a notification or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
