Inclusion in the register of customs representatives
How to get the service online
- Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website).
- Fill in the required fields on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website and sign a request using EDS (electronic digital signature). Track the status of the application in your account on the portal “Single window of the Republic of Kazakhstan for export-import operations”.
The following documents in electronic form shall be attached to the application to confirm the information provided:
- information on the registration of security for the fulfillment of obligations of a legal entity engaged in customs activities in accordance with Chapter 10 of this Code.
A civil liability insurance contract concluded in electronic form using the insurer’s online platform and/or the online platforms of other organizations.
Result of the service delivery
Decision on inclusion into the register of customs representatives with a notification or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
