Acceptance of documents and enrollment of children in pre-school organizations

How to get the service online

1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
2. Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
3. In personal account (in the History of services section) read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.

How to get the service at pre-school organizations (required documents): 

1. An application.
2. Preventive vaccination card in No. 065/y form.
3. Certificate in No. 052-2/y form (Child's Health Passport)
4. Certificate in No. 027/y form, approved by the Order No. KR DSM-175/2020.
5. An electronic copy of the statement of the psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation (for children with disabilities) (if available).
6. An electronic copy of the certificate issued from the place of work of a serviceman or an employee of special government agencies, law enforcement agencies, certified by the signature of an authorized person and stamped (valid for one month from the date of issue).
7. A certificate from the place of work of a teacher or a medical professional, certified by the signature of the head of the organization and stamped (valid for one month from the date of issue).

Information relating to identity documents and the child's birth certificate, as well as information confirming priority for a referral to a pre-school institution, is taken from the relevant state information systems.

For non-residents:

1. An application.
2. An electronic copy of the identity document of the service recipient (i.e. one of the parents or legal representative).
3. An electronic copy of the child's birth certificate.
4. Preventive vaccination card in No.065/E form.
5. Certificate in No. 052-2/y form of the Child's Health Passport.
6. Certificate in No. 027/E form.
7. An electronic copy of the statement of the psychological, medical and pedagogical consultation (for children with disabilities) (if available).
