How to get the online service
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Order Service Online" button.
- Fill in an application and sign it using a digital signature or SMS password (it is mandatory to have registration in the Mobile Citizens Database).
- In your personal account (in the "History of Obtained Services") familiarize with a generated electronic document and notification on the service delivery status.
Result of the service delivery
Issuance of a certificate confirming registration of persons in need of official housing, specifying the registration date and queue number, or a statement on refusal to register such persons.
Certificate confirming registration of individuals in need of official housing to receive ongoing housing benefits at the military service location. Certificate of refusal to register persons in need of official housing.
