Issuance and extension of a permit to a labour immigrant

How to get the service online

1. Sign in on the Portal and click "Order Service Online" button.
2. Fill in all the required fields and attach files.
3. Sign an application using digital signature or an SMS password (registration in the Mobile Citizens Database is required).
4. In your personal account (in History of Obtained Services section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.

When getting permission:

When applying at the place of temporary residence on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. An application for a work permit for an immigrant, signed by the foreigner and the employer (a copy of the application is issued).
2. Receipts for advance payments of personal income tax in accordance with the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (after scanning, the receipts are returned to the service recipient with a receipt acknowledgement indicating the date of receipt and the address of the Public Corporation).
3. Passport with mark(s) on the crossing of the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the last 12 months (returned to the service recipient after scanning).
4. Medical certificate (form 028/y, issued within the last 12 months) on the state of health of a foreigner, stateless person, migrant, migrant worker (including from an EAEU member state) (returned to the service recipient after scanning).
5. Imputed medical insurance covering basic medical care and specialized medical care in in-patient facilities in an emergency form under the conditions established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, with a validity period of at least the period specified in the application and registered in the automated information system "Unified Insurance Database" (returned to the service recipient after scanning).
6. An agreement on the intention to conclude an employment contract with an employer in the Republic of Kazakhstan, drawn up between the employer and the service recipient (returned to the service recipient after scanning).

To extend the permit:

When applying at the place of temporary residence on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. An application for the extension of a work permit for an immigrant, signed by the employer and the foreigner.
2. Receipts for advance payment of personal income tax in accordance with the tax legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan (returned to the service recipient after scanning).
3. Passport with mark(s) on the crossing of the state border of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the last 12 months (returned to the service recipient after scanning).
4.
