Coordination of the planned boundaries of administrative-territorial units with the graphical data of the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre Information System
To the Portal:
- An application.
- The plan number generated on the public cadastral map of the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre Information System.
Information on the identity document, on the registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, on the registration of an individual entrepreneur, or on the commencement of activity as an individual entrepreneur, confirming ownership of real estate, on title and identification documents for a land plot, on the absence of encumbrances on the land plot, and on payment for the provision of the public service is retrieved by the service provider from the relevant government information systems.
How to get the service in NJSC State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (necessary documents):
- An application.
- An identity document, or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification purposes);
- A design scheme (plan) of the administrative-territorial unit and a consolidated statement of coordinates and side lengths of the boundaries of the planned administrative-territorial unit, in the form prescribed in Appendix 2 to this List.
Result of the service delivery
If the projected boundaries of administrative-territorial units (hereinafter referred to as ATE) correspond, an act of reconciliation of the statement of coordinates of the projected boundaries of the administrative-territorial unit. In case of discrepancy between the designed boundaries of the administrative-territorial unit and the graphic data of the information system of the unified state real estate cadastre: an act on the discrepancy between the statement of coordinates of the designed boundaries of the administrative-territorial unit. Or a reasoned refusal to provide a public service.
