How to get the service online
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Order Service Online" button.
- Fill in an application and sign it using a digital signature or SMS password (it is mandatory to have registration in the Mobile Citizens Database). It is necessary to obtain consent from an owner of the housing confirmed by DS (if an applicant is not the owner of the housing). It is necessary to obtain consent from the co-owners of the housing, confirmed by DS (if an applicant is not the sole owner of the housing).
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.
This service is only available for permanent residence registrations.

How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
Upon personal appeal of a service recipient (for children and citizens recognized by the court as incapacitated, their legal representatives (parents, guardians, trustees) with provision of documents confirming the authority to represent) or an authorized person under a notarized power of attorney to carry out actions provided for by an authority:
- A document certifying the identity of the owner of an apartment, a cottage, a building or premises used for the residence (stay) of persons, or its digital form - for identification (personal presence of the owner of an apartment, a cottage, a building or premises used for the residence (stay) of persons) and his/her consent to permanent registration.
In order to confirm the right of the owner (lessee) of the apartment, cottage, building or premises used for the residence (stay) of persons to register, the service provider uses the IIN of the owner of the apartment, cottage, building or premises used for the residence (stay) of persons and the area of the real estate object, or the IIN of the owner of the apartment, cottage, building or premises used for the residence (stay) of persons, and the RAC receives information about the owner from information systems confirming the grounds for the emergence of the ownership of the apartment provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Housing Relations".

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have come to the Republic of Kazakhstan from abroad for permanent residence - the original copy of passport (in case of loss or expiry of the passport - a certificate of return), a document confirming deregistration from the country of previous residence, or a document (certificate) on lack of citizenship issued by the competent authority of the country of previous residence.
In the absence of a document confirming deregistration from the country of previous residence, a document (certificate) of lack of citizenship, a citizen is registered in the place of temporary stay (residence) for the period of claiming (receiving) one of the specified documents from the country of former residence.

Entering information into the information system of the "Documentation and Registration of the Population" Registration Authority on the registration at the place of permanent residence or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
