How to get the service in the State corporation "Government for citizens" (necessary documents):
- Application.
- An identity document (a valid foreign passport, unless another procedure is established by agreement of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the relevant party or the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan).
When the service recipient requests an IIN adjustment from the service provider via the Public Corporation:
- Application.

Data on surname, name, patronymic (if any) are filled in according to the machine readable zone, and data on date of birth, place of birth, nationality, etc. are filled in according to the visual verification zone.
If a foreigner's document does not contain personal data (surname, name, patronymic (if any), place of birth) written in Cyrillic or Latin, a notarized translation of the document must be attached.
- Certificate on change of personal data.
- A notarized power of attorney, in case if an application is submitted by a service recipient`s representative.
Result of the service delivery
Issuance of a Registration certificate or a reasoned refusal to provide a public service.
