How to get the service online
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button.
- Fill in an application and sign it using DS (digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.

How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):
- An application for enrollment in no particular format or military report indicating surname, name and patronymic (if any), date of birth, residence address, contact details of parents or legal representatives.
- A document certifying the identity of the service recipient, before reaching the age of sixteen, i.e. a birth certificate and (or) an electronic document from the Digital Documents service are provided (required for identification).
- A copy of the military ID (military personnel only, including reservists).
- Education documents and, for military schools based on basic secondary education, basic secondary education certificate (original and copy).
- The UNT certificate (except for applicants to Military colleges and those who have completed military service and passed a competitive examination) with a minimum of 50 points in 5 UNT subjects (with a minimum of 7 points in one of the core subjects and a minimum of 3 points in each of the other subjects).
- The medical examination card of a citizen entering military educational institutions in the form no. 075/y and the results of medical examinations carried out not earlier than 30 calendar days prior to arrival at military educational institutions (general blood test; microprecipitation reaction (microreaction) for syphilis; general urine analysis; X-ray of paranasal sinuses, 12-lead electrocardiography at rest (after exercise - according to indications), fluorography (X-ray) of chest organs not later than 3 (three) months from the date of the medical examination, blood test for brucellosis (for those who work in animal husbandry and/or have animals in their personal household), outpatient medical card, vaccination card.
- Candidates entering the flight specialties of a military educational institution for the training of aircrew shall also submit the results of medical examinations carried out no earlier than 30 calendar days prior to the start of the medical examination:
• ultrasound examination of the thyroid gland, heart, genitourinary system;
• blood tests for sugar and markers of hepatitis B and C;
• tonal audiometry; electroencephalography.
- A certificate of no criminal record and, for a military college based on basic secondary education, an additional certificate from the juvenile affairs department on the absence of registration with internal affairs bodies.
- A document (if any) confirming the sports category, a prize place in the republican or international competition or at the international Olympiad in general education subjects, as well as at the Presidential or Republican Olympiad in general education subjects in the current year (except for persons who have served military service and passed a competitive selection).
- Photos (30x40 millimeters): 4 pcs.
- Orphans and children who have been left without the care of one or both parents in connection with the restriction or deprivation of their parental rights, the recognition of their parents as missing, the declaration of their death, the recognition of their incapacity (limited legal capacity), as well as in other cases of lack of parental care, should also submit a copy (original for verification) of one of the following documents confirming the fact of lack of parental care (with the exception of persons who have performed military service and passed a competitive selection):
• a court decision restricting or depriving the parents of their parental rights;
• a court decision recognizing the parents as missing, declaring them dead or declaring them incapacitated (with limited legal capacity).
- Children of military personnel who died or were disabled in the course of their military service or who went missing during their military service should submit a certificate from the local military administration at their place of residence (with the exception of those who have completed their military service and passed a competitive examination).
- A certificate of having passed a background check (except for persons entering a military college on the basis of basic secondary education).
- Persons who have served military service should also submit the following to the admissions committee:
• a recommendation (statement by the commission on the passing of the competitive examination).
Result of the service delivery
Notification on enrollment to the candidates for admission to military educational institutions under the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
