How to get the service online
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button.
- Fill in an application and sign it using DS (digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.

How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):
- An ID card from the Digital Document service (for identification).
- Academic transcript.
- Certificate of no criminal record
Result of the service delivery
Notification on the re-admittance to military educational institutions subordinate to the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
