How to get the service on the Portal
- An application.
- When submitting an application for a refund, the payer shall provide a consent statement for the refund of amounts on behalf of the person in whose favor the contributions and/or payments were made.
How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" State Corporation (required documents):
- An application for the refund to payers of excessively (or erroneously) credited amounts of contributions, payments, and/or penalties for late and/or incomplete payment of contributions and/or payments.
- An application for the refund of amounts on behalf of the person in whose favor the contributions and/or payments were made.
Result of the service delivery
Transfer by the service provider of funds to the bank account of the State Corporation for their subsequent transfer to the payer, or a reasoned refusal to refund to the payer the amounts of contributions and/or payments and/or penalties.
