Providing copies of land registry documents

On the Portal:

1. Application.

An electronic request from a third party in the personal account of the Portal and/or in the form of an SMS message in the case of registration and connection of the subscriber number of the subject provided by the mobile operator to the account of the Portal, subject to the consent of the subject provided from the personal account of the subject on the Portal and/or in the form of an SMS message in the case of registration and connection of the subscriber number of the subject provided by the mobile operator to the account of the Portal by sending a short text message;

2. If requested by a representative, an electronic copy of the power of attorney from the service recipient.

If the application is made by a lawyer, an electronic copy of the lawyer's certificate and an electronic copy of the written application for protection (representation).

If temporary, bankrupt, and rehabilitation managers apply, an electronic copy of the court decision declaring the insolvent debtor bankrupt, the court decision on the imposition of external supervision and the order of the competent bankruptcy authority appointing temporary, bankrupt, and rehabilitation managers.

If the liquidation commission (liquidators) of the forcibly liquidated legal entity applies, an electronic copy of the order appointing the liquidation commission and the power of attorney issued by the chairman of the liquidation commission.

If the heirs apply, an electronic copy of the inheritance certificate is provided.

3. An electronic copy of the identification document of the land plot for the identification of the land cadastral case.

The service provider applies to the relevant state information systems via the e-Gov Gateway to get information on the identity document, registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, registration of an individual entrepreneur or commencement of activity as an individual entrepreneur, confirmation of ownership of immovable property, title and identification documents for a land plot, and a payment document.

How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):

1. Application. 

2. An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).

If a representative applies: a document certifying a representative`s identity, a copy of a power of attorney from a service recipient or a document certifying the authority of a service recipient `s representative or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).

If requested by a lawyer: a lawyer's certificate and a written notice of protection (representation).

If temporary, bankrupt and rehabilitative managers apply: a court decision declaring the insolvent debtor bankrupt, a court ruling on the introduction of external supervision and an order from the authorized bankruptcy authority appointing temporary, bankrupt and rehabilitative managers.

If the liquidation commission (liquidators) of the forcibly liquidated legal entity applies: an order appointing the composition of the liquidation commission and a power of attorney issued by the chairman of the liquidation commission.

If the heirs apply: a certificate of the right to inheritance;

3. A copy of the identification document for the land plot to identify the land registry document.
