Document submission and enrollment at Youth Centers

How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):

1. An application in no particular form.
2. An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
3. Information about parents (death of parents; restriction or termination of parental rights; declaration of parents as missing; declaration of parents deceased; declaration of parents legally incapable or partially capable; serving a sentence by parents in a place of deprivation of liberty; search for parents; parents’ evasion of child upbringing or failure to protect the child’s rights and interests, including refusal by parents to take their child from an educational, medical, or socio-medical residential institution; as well as other cases of absence of parental care).
4. Certificate from the place of study or work.
