How to get the service online

1. Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website).
2. Fill in the required fields on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website and sign a request using DS (digital signature). Track the status of the application on the “keden.kgd.gov.kz” portal.

An official from an authorized local authority in the field of customs affairs inspects the premises and territories of a service recipient in accordance with Clause 3 of Article 415 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" for compliance with the requirements specified in clause 3 of Article 165, subclause 1) clause 1 of Article 503, subclause 1) Clause 1 of Article 510 and subclause 1) Clause 1 of Article 517 of the Customs Code.

During the customs inspection of premises and territories, a service recipient provides a service provider with copies of the following documents along with original copies:

1. Documents confirming the ownership, economic management, operational management or lease of structures, premises (parts of premises) and (or) open areas intended for use as temporary storage facilities.

Documents confirming the availability of:

1. Loading and unloading mechanisms or a contract with a person providing services related to the use of loading and unloading mechanisms.
2. Certified weighing equipment according to the type of goods and vehicles to be stored, and appropriate metering equipment in the case of gas storage in special warehouses.

The copies of the submitted documents are attached to the customs inspection act, which is left at a local customs authority.

Upon completion of the customs inspection of premises and territory, one copy of the customs inspection act is provided to a service recipient.
