How to get the service online

1. Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website).

How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):

1. Fill-in transit declaration form.
2. A TIR Carnet filled-in pursuant to the provisions of the Customs Convention on the International Carriage of Goods under Cover of TIR Carnets of 1975 with attached transport and commercial documents.
3. An ATA carnet filled-in pursuant to the Customs Convention on the ATA Carnet for the Temporary Admission of Goods of 1961 and the Convention on Temporary Importation of 1990 along with transport and commercial documents attached thereto (when transported within the territory of a Member State of the Union, if this is provided for by the legislation of such a state).
4. Transport (transportation), commercial and (or) other documents.
5. The main form of the passenger customs declaration – when used as a customs declaration for goods brought into the customs territory of the Union in accompanied baggage for personal use and/or personal vehicles specified in paragraph 1 of Article 9 of the Agreement on the Procedure for the Movement of Goods for Personal Use Across the Customs Border of the Customs Union and the Conduct of Customs Operations Related to Their Release, in accordance with the Decision of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission No. 73 as of May 30, 2023 – for the purpose of placing them under the customs transit procedure in the absence of customs representatives at the customs checkpoint of the Union.

When using transport and commercial documents as a transit declaration, the transit declaration basis is a transport document, while the remaining documents are an integral part of it.
