How to get the online service
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- ll out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
- In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.
When accessing the portal (list of documents):
- An electronic copy of the court decision on the adoption of the child, which has entered into legal force.
- An electronic copy of the agreement on opening a personal account in the name of one of the adoptive parents at a second-tier bank or an organization licensed by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan to carry out certain types of banking operations.

Result of the service delivery
A decision on the appointment of a one-time monetary payment in connection with the adoption of an orphan child and (or) a child left without parental care, or a reasoned response to the refusal to provide public services.
