Participants of the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them, persons awarded orders and medals of the former USSR for selfless work and perfect military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic War, persons who have worked (served) for at least six months from June 22, 1941 to May 9, 1945, and not awarded orders and medals of the former USSR for selfless work and perfect military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic War, people with disabilities, as well as one of the parents of a disabled person since childhood, repatriates (kandas) up to iobreteniya citizenship of the Republic of Kazakhstan shall be exempt from payment of the fee for state registration of mortgage on a vessel, small boat, the vessel under construction.
