How to get the service online

Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.

A copy of the student's record book (or progress book), certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the educational organization from which it is transferred.

From organizations that implement educational programs of technical and professional, post-secondary education to organizations that implement educational programs of secondary education:

Application for transfer (or other legal representatives) in any form.
Ticket of arrival to another educational organization.

From a paid basis to training under a state educational order:

Application in any form.

From one form of education to another to another educational organization:

Application in any form.
A copy of the student's record book (or progress book), certified by the signature of the head and the seal of the educational organization from which it is transferred.

When transferring or restoring from a foreign educational organization to an educational organization of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

A document about the completed training programs (academic reference or transcript).
Document on completion of the previous level of education, which is undergoing the procedure of nostrification in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Results of entrance tests for admission to foreign educational organizations.

To restore:

Previously enrolled in another educational organization:

Application for reinstatement of one of the parents (or other legal representatives) in any form.
A copy of the certificate issued to persons who have not completed their education.

Students on a paid basis who were expelled during the semester for non-payment of tuition in an educational organization in case of repayment of arrears in payment within a month:

Application for reinstatement of one of the parents in any form.
Document on repayment of payment arrears.

Issuance of certificate to the students who have not completed technical professional, post- secondary education

Result of the service delivery
