Issuance of a license for the export or import of specific goods
How to get online service (on the portal “electronic licensing” www.elicense.kz)
- Click on the links provided (obtaining a license for export, import of goods), after which the portal of "electronic licensing" will open in a new window.
- Enter the system or register on the portal «electronic licensing».
- On the page of the electronic licensing portal, which opens after clicking the "Order online service" button, click on the link "Submit an application".At the page of service familiarize with required documents and pass through “Order online service”.
- Entering necessary data to fill the application and sign it with your EDS.
- To track the status of submitted application is possible in Personal account in the field “My applications”. You can know about getting a permission in the field “My approved documents”, about getting a notification- in the field “My notifications”.
Result of the service delivery
License for the export or import of specific goods, a general license for the export of dual-use goods or goods controlled to ensure national security, or reasoned refusal in state service provision.
