How to get the service online
- Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the cabinet.salyk.kz website).
- Fill-in the required fields on the cabinet.kgd.gov.kz website and sign a request using DS (digital signature). You can request the updated data again within the specified period of time.
How to get the service in a government agency or "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
Upon visit of a service recipient or his/her representative acting on the basis of a document drawn up in accordance with the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which indicates the relevant powers of a representative:
To enter information about a non-resident legal entity into the Taxpayer`s Database:
- A tax application for registration.
- The list of documents referred to in appendix.
To make changes and (or) additions to the registration details in the Taxpayer`s Database:
- A tax application for registration.
Public service delivery options:
• Via a service provider – when entering information about a non-resident into the Taxpayer`s Database, making changes and (or) additions to registration details.
• Via "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation – when entering information about a non-resident into the Taxpayer`s Database, making changes and (or) additions to registration details.
• Via the portal – when making changes and (or) additions to the information about the employee responsible for calculations with the budget; phone number, e-mail of a recipient.
Result of the service delivery
Issuance of registration certificate.
Substantiated refusal to provide the public service.
