How to get the service online
- Register on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website. After authorization in the main menu of the “Keden” National Information Portal, it is necessary to click on “Go to the system” in order to view all the available modules.
- Select "Provisional decisions". Create an application for “Provisional decision on commodity classification”.
- Complete all the required fields on the website and sign the request using a digital signature (DS).
- Track the status of the application in the personal account on the “keden.kgd.gov.kz” portal.
How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" State Corporation (required documents):
To get a provisional decision on commodity classification:
An application for making a provisional decision on commodity classification should contain the full commercial name, brand name (trademark), major technical and commercial characteristics of the commodities and other information that allows classifying the commodities, as well as information on payment of customs fee for making a provisional decision on commodity classification.
- A copy of document confirming payment of customs fee for making a provisional decision on commodity classification.
If necessary for making a provisional decision on commodity classification, samples of goods are submitted for customs examination, as well as photographs, drawings, product certificates and other documents certified by an applicant's seal (if any).
The service provider has the right to request the translation of information contained in the documents attached to an application for a provisional decision on commodity classification drawn up in a language other than Kazakh or Russian.

Additional information should be provided no later than sixty calendar days from the date the service provider sends a request to a service recipient on the need to provide additional information.
To get a duplicate:
- An application in no particular form.
The duplicate provisional decision on commodity classification reflects all the information contained in the original copy of provisional decision, including the registration number and date of provisional decision on commodity classification and is marked as "Duplicate".
Result of the service delivery
Issuance of a provisional decision on commodity classification in accordance with the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity of the Eurasian Economic Union; issuance of a duplicate provisional decision on commodity classification or a substantiated refusal to provide the public service.
