How to get the service online

1. Register on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website. After authorization in the main menu of the “Keden” National Information Portal, it is necessary to click on “Go to the system” in order to view all the available modules.
2. Select "Provisional decisions". Create an application for “Provisional decision on commodity classification”.
3. Complete all the required fields on the website and sign the request using a digital signature (DS).
4. Track the status of the application in the personal account on the “keden.kgd.gov.kz” portal.

To get a provisional decision on commodity classification:

1. An application.

An application for making a provisional decision on commodity classification should contain the full commercial name, brand name (trademark), major technical and commercial characteristics of the commodities and other information that allows classifying the commodities, as well as information on payment of customs fee for making a provisional decision on commodity classification.

2. A copy of document confirming payment of customs fee for making a provisional decision on commodity classification.
