How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):
The submission of the application is not accompanied by the submission to the service provider of documents confirming the information contained in the application, except for the determination by the risk management system of the form of customs control in the form of verification of customs, other documents and (or) information.
These documents include:
- Documents confirming the transaction with the goods and, in the absence of such a transaction, other documents confirming the right to own, use and/or dispose of the goods, as well as other commercial documents available to the service recipient.
- Transport (shipping) documents.
- Documents confirming compliance with prohibitions and restrictions, measures to protect the domestic market.
- Documents on the origin of goods.
- Documents confirming the payment of customs duties, taxes, special duties, anti-dumping duties, countervailing duties and/or the enforcement of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special duties, anti-dumping duties, countervailing duties.
- Documents confirming compliance with the purposes and conditions for the granting of benefits for the payment of customs duties and taxes.
It is made in paper (written) form if the service provider is unable to ensure that the service recipient completes the customs declaration in electronic form as a result of a malfunction of the information systems used by the service provider (due to technical failures, disruptions in the operation of communication facilities (telecommunications networks and the Internet), power cuts, accidents, force majeure or other circumstances that caused the malfunction of the information systems used by the service provider.
Result of the service delivery
The release of the goods, certified by the digital signature of an official of the service provider, is carried out automatically by means of an information system and a notification or a reasoned refusal to provide public service in the form of a decision to refuse the release of goods.
