Inclusion into the register of owners of warehouses for storing their own goods

How to get the service online

1. Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the eokno.gov.kz website).
2. Fill-in the required fields on the eokno.gov.kz website and sign a request using DS (digital signature). Track the status of application processing in your personal account on the portal "Single Window of the Republic of Kazakhstan for export-import operations".

The service provider performs a customs inspection of an applicant's premises and territories for compliance with the following requirements:

1. Being in the ownership, economic management, operational management or lease of premises and (or) outdoor areas, while the lease term should be at least six months from the date of application.
2. Availability of certified weighing equipment according to the type of goods and vehicles to be stored, and appropriate metering equipment in the case of gas storage in special warehouses.
3. The territory should be designated in accordance with Article 404 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan".
4. Availability of technically serviceable access roads as well as hard-surfaced (concrete, asphalt, rubber or other hard surface) places for inspecting goods, including covered areas equipped with electric lighting.
5. The premises, including loading and unloading areas (one or more warehouses and platforms), should be located at the same postal address and have a continuous fence around the entire perimeter of the warehouse for the storage of its own goods.

During the inspection, a service recipient should provide the service provider with copies of documents confirming compliance with the requirements set out in clause 3 of Article 165 of the Customs Code.

The copies of the submitted documents are attached to the customs inspection act, which is left at a local customs authority.
