Inclusion into the register of customs carriers

How to get the service online

1. Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website).
2. Fill in the required fields on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website and sign a request using DS (digital signature). Track the status of the application on the “keden.kgd.gov.kz” portal.

The following documents in electronic form shall be attached to the application to confirm the information provided:

• Information on the registration of security for the fulfillment of obligations of a legal entity engaged in customs activities in accordance with Chapter 10 of this Code.
• Notarized copies of documents confirming the ownership, economic management, operational management or lease of vehicles used for the transportation of goods, including vehicles suitable for the transportation of goods under customs seals and stamps, which are supposed to be used in carrying out activities as a customs carrier.

3. Copies of certificates of approval of vehicles of international transportation for transportation of goods under customs seals and stamps.

A copy of the permit for carrying out cargo transportation activities, if such type of activity requires a permit in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on permits and notifications.
