List of documents required from the applicant:
First stage:
- An application for the granting of the right to a land plot in accordance.
- Electronic copies of title documents.
- An electronic copy of the document calculating the share of the plot.
- An electronic copy of the act establishing the cadastral (estimated) value of the land (if necessary).
Result of the service delivery
1.Decision of the service provider to grant the right to a land plot, indicating the land share and attaching a land allotment scheme.
2. A purchase/sale contract for a land plot or contract of temporary (short–term, long-term) paid (gratuitous) land use (lease), indicating the land share.
3. Architectural and planning assignment.
4. Technical specifications for connection to utility networks
or substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
