How to get the service online
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button.
- Fill in an application and sign it using DS (digital signature).
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.

How to get a service from a government agency or from "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
To obtain permission for the disposal of property, withdrawal of pensions, allowances, social benefits received on the account of an incapacitated or partially incapacitated adult:
- Application in the form 1 or 2.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- Information on the existence of a guardianship or custodianship over an incapacitated or partially incapacitated adult (the service provider's order establishing the guardianship or custodianship).
- Title deeds to the property confirming the ward's ownership (for disposal and alienation of property).
- Certificate of legal inheritance (from a notary) (in the case of legal inheritance) (for disposal and alienation of property).
- A document confirming the ward's right of ownership of the vehicle (for disposal and alienation of property).
- Notification of an account opened for the ward in second-tier banks or Kazpost JSC.
- Documents confirming the ward's income (pensions, benefits, social and other payments).
To obtain permission to alienate the property of citizens who have been recognized by a court decision as legally incapacitated or partially incapacitated:
- Application in the form 1 or 2.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- Information on the existence of a guardianship or custodianship over an incapacitated or partially incapacitated adult (the service provider's order establishing the guardianship or custodianship).
- Title deeds to the property confirming ownership (for disposal and alienation of the property).
- Certificate of legal inheritance (from a notary) (in the case of legal inheritance) (for disposal and alienation of property).
- A document confirming the ownership of the vehicle (for the disposal and alienation of property).
- Warranty obligations (from a notary) (in case of sale of property) (for disposal and alienation of property).
Information on the documents in the above sub-items 2), 3), 4), 6), 8) is received in the form of electronic information and (or) documents certified by digital signature of authorized officials from the relevant state information systems.
In the absence of information in the information systems, the relevant documents are attached to an application.
When submitting documents through the e-Government portal, documents are provided in the electronic form.
Result of the service delivery
An order for permission to dispose of property, withdraw pensions, benefits, and social benefits received by an incapacitated or partially incapacitated adult.
An order for the alienation of the property of citizens recognized by a court decision as legally incapacitated or partially incapacitated.
A substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
On the portal, the service delivery result is sent and stored in the personal account of a service recipient.
