Customs declaration for a vehicle

How to get the service online:

1. Click "Request online" button.
2. Log in to the "Keden" National Integrated Platform.
3. Fill out the Vehicle Customs Declaration form (VCD).
4. Attach documents verifying the information provided.
5. Submit the declaration for registration.

How to obtain the service at a government authority (required documents):

• Completed Vehicle Customs Declaration form (VCD).
• Documents based on which the declaration was completed.

Documents verifying the information provided in the VCD include:

1. Documents proving ownership or other rights to the vehicle.
2. Technical documentation for the vehicle (vehicle passport, registration certificate, etc.).
3. Documents confirming the vehicle's compliance with legal requirements (e.g., certificates of conformity, permits).
4. Documents confirming payment of customs duties (if applicable).
5. Documents confirming compliance with prohibitions and restrictions in accordance with Article 8 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation".
6. Power of attorney or other document confirming the authority of the person submitting the declaration, if required.
7. Other documents provided for by the Decision of the Customs Union Commission No. 511 as of November 18, 2010, and other regulatory legal acts.
