Privatization of housing from the State Housing Fund

How to get the service online

1. Log in and click the "Request online" button (in order to receive the service you must be registered on the website www.e-qazyna.kz).

2. Fill in the application on the website www.e-qazyna.kz and sign it with EDS (electronic digital signature). Read the notice on the processing of your application, which will arrive within the specified time in the e-mail specified during registration.

How to get the service in a «State-owned corporation «Government for citizens» NJSC:

1. Application for privatization of occupied housing signed by all the full-aged members of a tenant`s family.
2. Copies of marriage/divorce certificate, death certificate, birth certificate (if there is no data in the information system).
3. Lease contract or housing warrant.
4. In case if other individuals are indicated as a service recipient`s family members than those family members should provide copy of a court ruling on their acknowledgment as family members.
5. Citizens from vulnerable social groups should also provide a copy of document certifying a service recipient`s (family members`) belonging to vulnerable social groups.
6. Citizens relating to the category of civil servants, employees of state-funded organizations, military members, and employees of specialized government agencies, judges and individuals occupying elective positions should provide a statement of employment certifying professional experience.  
7. Potential astronauts, astronauts should provide a copy of document certifying the status assigned by Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.    
8. A document certifying lack of debts under lease contract.
9. In case of privatization pursuant to Clause 8 of the Rules: copy of a document certifying belonging to category of citizens entitled for non-repayable obtainment of housing out of state housing fund.
