How to get the service onlin
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Order Service Online" button.
- Fill in an application and sign it using DS (digital signature).
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.

How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
- Application.
- The following should be attached to an application:
- A notarized statement by a depositor of mandatory pension contributions that he/she agrees that erroneously credited amounts of mandatory pension contributions and (or) penalties being written off from his/her individual pension account in accordance with Appendix 3.
- If it is necessary to refund the erroneously credited amounts of mandatory pension contributions for a deceased depositor, the heir shall submit a notarized statement from the depositor consenting to the erroneously credited amounts from an individual pension account, together with a death certificate and a copy of the document certifying the right to inherit pension savings from the UAPF.
- In the case of reimbursement of compulsory pension contributions by court order, the application shall be accompanied by a court order instead of a notarized declaration by the contributor of compulsory pension contributions that he/she agrees to the write-off of the amounts erroneously credited to his/her individual pension account.
- For second-tier banks and Kazpost JSC: a letter signed by authorized employees of the bank with a copy of the document confirming the authority of these persons to sign letters and applications for the refund of erroneously credited amounts.
Result of the service delivery
Notification on the refund of erroneously credited amounts of mandatory pension contributions and (or) penalties or a substantiated refusal to provide the public service.
