How to get the service online
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button.
- Fill-in the fields of the electronic application and attach a scan copy of the apostilled document.
- Sign an application using digital signature or an SMS password (registration in the Mobile Citizens Database is required).

Get an electronic "Apostille" stamp in your personal account (in the History of Obtained Services section).

How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
- An application for affixing an apostille.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- The document to be apostilled (documents are accepted for apostilling both as originals and as notarized copies).
- Document certifying payment of state duty to the budget.
- A notarized power of attorney, in case if an application is submitted by a service recipient`s representative (individual).
A power of attorney on behalf of a legal entity issued under the signature of its head or other person authorized to do so by its constituent documents, and stamped by that organization (if any) when a representative of the legal entity applies.
Powers of attorney that are issued or certified by a competent institution of a foreign state or a specially authorized person, within its competence and in the prescribed form sealed with the stamp of a foreign state, are accepted only after passing the procedure of a special certificate (legalization or apostille)(for identification with a copy).
- A sample of documents issued by other government agencies, including a sample of the signature and seal impression.
Result of the service delivery
A document with an "Apostille" stamp on the paper.
An electronic apostille is issued via the Portal by downloading the apostille using a security code provided by the authorized government agency when submitting the application.
A letter terminating the consideration of the application, if requested by the service recipient.
Substantiated refusal to provide the public service.
