State registration (re-registration) of a rolling stock
How to receive service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature). In the application, indicate the list of rolling stock, attach scanned copies of title documents and scanned copies of technical passports.
- In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application and present it at the place of request.
Result of the service delivery
Certificate of state registration (re-registration) of rolling stock.
Notification of exclusion from the State Register of Rolling Stock.
Or a reasoned response regarding refusal to provide a state service.
