Subsidy of compensation fee on issued credits by second-tier banks to the subjects of private interpreneurship for the purposes of housing construction
How to get the service in a state agency (required documents):
- Application-questionnaire to receive a subsidy.
- Description of realized project (is formed in free form inclosing permission documentation for the project construction, business-plan).
- Letter of STB with a positive decision on possibility to issue a credit for the project realization under the terms of participation in the Program.
- Сonclusion of a comprehensive private expertise of the project from the authority of the relevant region.
- Information on the object (presentations, promotional materials, layout of apartments, area and number of apartments), including in electronic form.
Result of the service delivery
An extract from the minutes of the meeting of the service provider on the positive decision on subsidies or a reasoned refusal.
