Putting children (up to 6 years old) into a waiting list to kindergarten
To apply from the East Kazakhstan, West Kazakhstan and Turkestan regions, as well as certain districts in other regions: Akmola region (Kosshy), North Kazakhstan region (Ayyrtau, Akzhar, Zhambyl, Kyzylzhar, Magzhan Zhumabayev, Mamlyutsk, Tayynshy, Timiryazev, Ualikhanov, Shal Akyn districts), follow the link (balabaqsha.snation.kz).
To apply from the Atyrau, Zhambyl, Karaganda, Pavlodar, North Kazakhstan regions (other districts), Shymkent, Kostanay region, Mangystau region, Astana, Abai and Ulytau regions, follow the link (indigo24.kz).

How to get the service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature). Choose the region, indicate IIN or name, surname and child's date of birth.
- In personal account (in the History of Service section) read the notice of processing your application.
- In personal account (in the History of Service section) get acquainted with notification on coordination of refferal to kindergarten. If it's necessary to renew contact information of user.
- В In case of agreement for refferal in personal account (in the History of Service section) get acquainted with the refferal to kindergarten.

Applications for placing preschool-age children (up to 6 years old) on a waiting list for placement in preschool organizations are submitted through official regional portals.
For ease of application submission, we recommend using the following sites; the choice of portal depends on the applicant's place of residence:
Following categories have priorities:
1. Disabled children.
2. Children without parental care.
3. Children - orphans.
4. Children of large families.
5. Children of persons equated to the benefits and guarantees to the participants of the war and to disabled veterans.
The right to receive an extraordinary place is given to:
1. Children of servicemen, including those who died, died or disappeared during the service.
Result of the service delivery
Receipt of a notice of a child's enrollment in a kindergarten queue with a priority number, or, if there is room, issuance of a referral to a preschool organization or a reasoned refusal
