Inclusion into the register of owners of duty-free shops
How to get the service online
- Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website).
- Fill in the required fields on the keden.kgd.gov.kz website and sign a request using DS (digital signature). Track the status of the application on the “keden.kgd.gov.kz” portal.
An official of the territorial body of the authorized authority in the field of customs affairs conducts an inspection of the premises and territories of the service recipient in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 415 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" to verify compliance with the requirements established by Article 524 of the Customs Code.
During the customs inspection of premises and territories, a service recipient provides a service provider with copies of the following documents along with original copies:
- Documents confirming the right of ownership, use, and/or disposal of facilities and/or premises (or parts thereof) suitable for use as a duty-free shop.
- Registration documents or permits for retail trade, if the requirement to obtain them is established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Copies of the submitted documents are attached to the inspection report of the premises and territories, which remains with the territorial customs authority. Upon completion of the customs inspection of the premises and territory, one copy of the inspection report is handed over to the service recipient.
Result of the service delivery
A decision on inclusion in the register of duty-free shop owners with a notification or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
