How to get the service online

1. Log in on the Portal and click "Request Online" button (to get the service you need to be registered on the eokno.gov.kz website).
2. Fill-in the required fields on the eokno.gov.kz website and sign a request using DS (digital signature). Track the status of application processing in your personal account on the portal "Single Window of the Republic of Kazakhstan for export-import operations".

How to get the service at a government agency (required documents):

When ensuring the fulfilment of the obligation to pay customs duties and taxes by the methods provided for in the subparagraphs 1), 2), 3), 4) and 5) paragraph 1 of Article 97 of the Code

1. An application for registration of fulfilment of obligations to pay customs duties, taxes, special duties, anti-dumping duties, countervailing duties, as well as ensuring the fulfilment of obligations of a legal entity operating in the field of customs affairs and (or) an authorized economic operator.
2. Depending on the method chosen to ensure fulfilment of the obligation to pay duties and taxes, one of the following documents confirming such security is submitted:

• documents stated in subclauses 4) and 5) of the Clause 12 of Article 94 of the Code;
• a bank guarantee agreement between a second-tier bank (guarantor and payer) and a bank guarantee;
• a guarantee agreement concluded in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• a property pledge agreement between the payer and/or a third party and the service provider, accompanied by a valuation report on the market value of the pledged property and a property insurance agreement;
• an insurance contract issued by an insurance company included into the register of insurance companies licensed to carry out insurance activities.
