Registration of pledge of movable property

How to get the service online  

1. Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
2. Fill in an application:

• choose the type of registered pledge: Pledge of rolling stock;
• specify IIN/BIN of a pledger / pledgee;
• choose the name of a registering authority;
• select an application type: Registration of pledge / Changes to pledge / Termination of pledge;
• fill in the details of the pledge agreement;
• fill in information about the subject of a pledge;
• add a list and description of freight and passenger rolling stock that is the subject of a pledge or a list and description of the traction - multiple unit and special rolling stock being the subject of a pledge.

3. Obtaining consent of other pledgers.
4. Pay the state fee for the provision of services.
5. Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
6. In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.

• fill in personal information;
• specify the type of registration: Emergence of a pledge of rights / Termination of the pledge of rights / Non-performance of the pledge of rights, with simultaneous transfer of securities to the pledgee;
• fill in information about the pledge agreement;

3. Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
4. In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.

How to get the service in NJSC State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (necessary documents)

1. Application according to form;
2. A document proving the identity of the service recipient.
3. A document confirming the authority of the representative;
4. A pledge agreement or an agreement containing the terms of the pledge.

• fill in the details of the pledge agreement;
• fill in information about the subject of a pledge

How to get the service in NJSC State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (necessary documents)

1. Application.
2. ID card, representative of service recipient submits a document confirming his powers and his identity document.
3. Document confirming payment for state registration.

1. Select the State Revenue Authority.
2. Choose the payment method (via payment cards of any bank).
3. Enter the payment card/personal account data (number, owner's name, validity period and CV-code).
4. Upon completion of payment, a check on payment will be generated. All checks are stored in your account in the section "Payment History".
5. The commission for payment is 100 tenge.

• Participants in the Great Patriotic War and persons equated to them;
• Persons awarded with orders and medals of the former USSR for selfless labor and perfect military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic War;
• Persons who have worked (served) for at least six months from June 22, 1941, to May 9, 1945, and not awarded with orders and medals of the former USSR for selfless labor and perfect military service in the rear during the Great Patriotic War;
• Disabled persons;
• One of parents of the disabled since the childhood;
• Oralmans.

If the Applicant is a legal entity, the presence of a benefit from a representative, legal entity does not exempt from payment of the registration fee.
