How to get the service online

1. Sign in and click "Request Online" button.
2. Fill-in an application.
3. Attach a supporting document.
4. Confirm a bank account.
5. Sign an application using a DS (digital signature).
6. In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.

How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):

1. An application.
2. An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
3. Documents confirming a family income (except of information obtained from the relevant state information systems).
4. Statement of employment or certificate of registration as an unemployed (except for data obtained from relevant state information systems).
5. Information on alimony for children and other dependents.
6. A bank account.
7. Receipts on monthly contributions for the maintenance of a residential house (residential building).
8. Utility receipts.
9. Telecommunication services receipts or a copy of the contract for the provision of communication services.
10. A receipt on the amount paid for a housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing fund presented by a local executive body.
