How to get the service online
- Sign in and click "Request Online" button.
- Fill-in an application.
- Attach a supporting document.
- Confirm a bank account.
- Sign an application using a DS (digital signature).
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.
The public service is provided at the place of permanent residence of a service recipient.

How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
- An application.
- An ID document or an electronic document from the Digital Documents service (for identification).
- Documents confirming a family income (except of information obtained from the relevant state information systems).
- Statement of employment or certificate of registration as an unemployed (except for data obtained from relevant state information systems).
- Information on alimony for children and other dependents.
- A bank account.
- Receipts on monthly contributions for the maintenance of a residential house (residential building).
- Utility receipts.
- Telecommunication services receipts or a copy of the contract for the provision of communication services.
- A receipt on the amount paid for a housing rented by a local executive body in a private housing fund presented by a local executive body.
Result of the service delivery
Notification on assignment of housing assistance or a substantiated refusal to deliver the public service.
