How to get the service online
- Click on the "Order service online" button (to receive services, you must be registered on the website https://is.ncste.kz ).
- Fill in the required fields on the website https://is.ncste .kz and sign the EDS request (with an electronic digital signature). Track the status of the application review in your personal account on the website of the National Center for State Scientific and Technical Expertise.
How to get the service in a state body (required documents):
- A cover letter on the letterhead of the organization under which the dissertation council operates.
- The account card of the dissertation in the form according to Appendix 1.
- A dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), a doctor in the profile according to the Rules.
- Abstract of the dissertation in Kazakh, Russian and English.
- A list of scientific papers published on the topic of the dissertation.
Result of the service delivery
According to dissertations defended for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), doctors in the profile - the issuance of a dissertation registration card with the assignment of a state registration number or a reasoned refusal to provide a public service.
