How to get online service
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button you will be redirected to an online resource orken.otbasybank.kz.
- Log in to orken.otbasybank.kz using EDS.
- Select "Submit an application", sign an application for registration as a person in need of housing and sign consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
- Reply to an incoming SMS from 14 to provide consent to the collection and processing of personal data.
- If there are family members, they also need to sign a consent form for the collection and processing of personal data by logging in to orken.otbasybank.kz using an EDS.
- Get acquainted with the current status of the application and wait for a decision on the application for registration as a person in need of housing.
Result of the service delivery
Notification of registration or reasoned refusal to register citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, persons in need of housing.
