Issuance of certificates to veterans of the Great Patriotic War
How to get the service online
- Sign in on the Portal and click "Order Service Online" button.
- Fill in an application and sign it using a digital signature or SMS password (it is mandatory to have registration in the Mobile Citizens Database).
- In your personal account (in "History of Obtained Services" section) familiarize with a notification on application processing status, which will be sent within the specified time.
How to get the service at "Government for Citizens" Public Corporation (required documents):
- Application.
- A military ID or a certificate confirming participation in active military service during the Great Patriotic War.
Result of the service delivery
On the Portal: information on the place where to get the public service delivery result signed by DS of the service provider, or a reasoned refusal to deliver the public service.
Via the State Corporation (at the branch selected by the service recipient on the Portal): issuance of a certificate of a veteran of the Great Patriotic War.
