Issuance of expert opinions to authors and the team of authors on educational publications of preschool, primary, basic secondary, general secondary, technical and professional, post-secondary, higher and postgraduate education

How to get the service in the State corporation "Government for citizens" NJSC (required documents):

A developer and/or publisher (for preschool education and teaching) shall send the following materials to the service provider through the State Corporation:

1. An application to conduct examination of preschool education teaching and methodological kit.
2. Information about author of educational publication/group of authors: last name, first name, patronymic (if any), degree and title, qualification categories, place of work and job position, and copies of supporting documents.
3. A conclusion on conducting internal publisher examination of preschool education teaching and methodological kit signed by head of publisher and certified by organization’s seal (if any).
4. A conclusion on independent assessment of preschool education teaching and methodological kit signed by a developer.
5. A letter signed by a head of publisher on the volume (in printed sheets and minutes) of a preschool education teaching and methodological kit to be sent for examination.
6. Three copies of original layout of preschool education teaching and methodological kit (printed and electronic), including its e-version on a USB drive in PDF format, with an unacknowledged developer, publisher and authors of educational publication, one copy of original layout of preschool education teaching and methodological kit (printed and electronic), including its electronic version on a USB drive in PDF format, stating a developer, publisher and authors of educational publication.
7. Installation manual and user manual no special form for e-preschool education teaching and methodological kits.
8. A payment certifying document (if examination is carried out on a paid basis).

A developer and/or publisher (for primary, basic secondary, general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary, higher and postgraduate education) shall send the following materials to the service provider through the State Corporation:

1. An application for conducting examination of textbooks, e-textbooks, educational and methodological kits, e-educational and methodological kits, manuals, e-publications according to Appendix 3 to these Rules.
2. Information about an author of educational publication/team of authors: last name, first name, patronymic (if any), degree and title, qualification categories, place of work and position, and supporting copies of documents. An author of educational publication shall additionally submit a copy of certificate of completion of training courses in the field of textbook development.
3. A written consent of a publisher, developer to publish e-textbooks and educational and methodological kits in e-Pub format on Internet resource of authority in the field of education when adding into a List.
4. A conclusion on conducting internal publisher examination of textbooks and educational and methodological kits according to Appendix 1 to these Rules signed by head of publisher and certified by seal of organization.
5. A conclusion on independent assessment of textbooks and teaching and methodological kits according to Appendix 2 of these Rules signed by a developer.
6. A letter of guarantee signed by a head of publisher about the absence of infringements of copyright and civil rights in the use of educational materials and primary sources.
7. A letter signed by a head of publishing agency about the volume (in printed sheets and minutes) of textbooks, teaching and methodological kits and manuals, including in e-form, to be sent for examination.
8. Three copies of original layout of textbooks (printed), teaching and methodological kits and manuals (including its e-version on a USB drive in PDF format) with an unacknowledged publisher, developer and authors of educational publication, one copy of layout of textbooks (printed), teaching and methodological kits and manuals (including its e-version on a USB drive in PDF format) stating a publisher, developer and authors of educational publication, for e-textbook, e-teaching and methodological kits and e-publication - a link to an original layout published on an impersonal platform and a layout (stating a publisher, developer and (or) authors of educational publication /team of authors) on a USB drive. To conduct an examination of e-publication, the service recipient shall temporarily provide it to the service provider for the duration of the examination. At the end of examination, one copy of hardware shall be kept with the service provider for storing and reproducing e-publication.
9. Installation manual and user manual in no special form - for e-texbook, e-teaching and methodological kits, e-publication.
10. A payment certifying document (if examination is carried out on a paid basis).

If the service is provided on a paid basis (that is conducting of examination of educational publications not included in the thematic Plan), an identity card of an author of educational publication/head of publisher is required to draw up a bilateral services provision agreement, or an e-document through digital document service (for person identification).

Upon receiving the public service, the service recipient shall provide written consent to the use of information constituting a secret protected by law, contained in the information systems, unless otherwise provided by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
