How to get the service online
- Log in on the portal and click the Request Online button.
- Fill out the application and sign it by EDS (electronic digital signature) or by SMS-password (be sure to have registration in the mobile citizens database).
- In personal account (in the History of Services section), read the notice of processing your application, which will be received within the specified time.

Result of the service delivery
1) Notification on acceptance of documents, or a reasoned refusal to deliver the public service.
2) Issuance of a receipt confirming the submission of an application for the assignment (confirmation) of qualification categories to teachers of republican subordinate educational organizations, or a reasoned refusal to deliver the public service.
At the State Corporation, the issuance of completed documents is carried out based on the receipt of the submitted documents, upon presentation of an ID document (or that of a representative with a notarized power of attorney).
Documents not issued on time due to the absence of the applicant (or their representative) are stored at the State Corporation for one month and, after this period, are returned to the service provider as unclaimed.
When a service recipient applies upon the expiry of one month, a service provider within one working day sends the issued documents to the State Corporation at its request, to be presented to a service recipient.
