Acceptance of documents for participation in the scientific internship competition

How to get the service online

1. Click "Request Online" button.

Required documents:

1. An application of the employer for a scientific internship under the term that the job is reserved.
2. A n ID card of the service recipient and (or) e-document from the digital documents service (required for identification).
3. An application filled in of a candidate for participation in competition for a scientific internship.
4. An original and a copy of a diploma/certificate on the possession of an academic degree of Doctor of Science, Candidate of Science, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), Doctor of Science in a specialized field, Master of Science, (once verified the originals are returned to the applicant) and also, when studying in a foreign educational organization - a certificate of recognition of a diploma/certificate or another document on the recognition with regard to the specifics set forth in paragraph 8 of Article 39 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" (once verified the originals are returned to the applicant).
5. An e-copy of scientific internship program compiled according with requirements approved by Selection Rules and approved by an employer and agreed upon by foreign organization that offers internship.
6. An original and copies of documents certifying employment record, as well as an extract on transferred mandatory pension contributions for the employment period required in accordance with these Rules (once verified the originals are returned to the applicant);
7. An original and e-copy of a valid official certificate of established form on passed Kazakh language exam with a result that meets the established minimum requirements (once verified the originals are returned to the applicant).
8. An original and copy of a valid official certificate of established form on passed foreign language exam with a result that meets the established minimum requirements (once verified the originals are returned to the applicant).
9. An original and copy of health certificate (for those traveling abroad) under form No. 072/у, approved by order of acting Minister of health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 30 October 2020 № ҚР ДСМ-175/2020 “On approval of forms of accounting documentation in healthcare (registered in the State registration register of statutory legal acts No. 21579.
10. A copy of a document confirming an unconditional invitation (except for financial covenants) from a foreign organization that hosts an applicant for an internship, stating scientific research conducted, timeframe, and cost estimate (with a cost breakdown) of a particular scientific internship, with notary certified translations into Kazakh or Russian.
11. A list of scientific results (at least one article or review indexed in the international databases such as Web of Science, Scopus ( Scopus ) or at least 1 article in the national or foreign scientific publications included in the List 1 or List 2 of the List of scientific publications approved by order of Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2016 No. 20 "On the approval of requirements for scientific publications for their inclusion in the list of publications recommended for scientific results publication" (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts No. 13409) and (or) international application Derwent Innovations Index.
12. A copy of a valid official accreditation certificate issued by the authority in the field of science.
