To be able to receive you need:
- Have a valid national ID card (an ID document with a photo issued in the Republic of Kazakhstan).
- Have a phone with the capability to receive SMS.
- Your personal computer should have a webcam (or use your phone with a camera).
- Install the NCALayer software required for further installation and use of digital signature
To revoke your registration certificate yourself, follow the link and complete the revocation according to the instructions.
You can only obtain a registration certificate from the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan (digital signature keys) in person and subject to biometric identification.
In case of unsuccessful biometric identification, or the absence of a photo image of the service recipient in the state database of individuals, the service recipient submits an application to receive the digital signature keys on his personal computer,
by following the link that appears after 5 unsuccessful attempts, after which the applicant contacts the Registration Center (PSC or foreign institution (list on the website pki.gov.kz)) to undergo in-person identification and its confirmation.
Result of the service delivery
1) Issue of registration certificates in the form of the electronic document.
2) Withdrawal of registration certificates with placement of serial number in the list of the withdrawn registration certificates.
3) A reasoned response to the denial of public services.
